Request deletion of ReplyPilot AI service data.

How to request deletion

Email alibaytok@gmail.com with the subject line "ReplyPilot AI Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The business or account name associated with the service.
• The domain, workspace, or website connected to the account, if applicable.
• The connected WhatsApp Business or Instagram professional account information, if applicable.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

What we delete or revoke

After verifying the request, we will delete or revoke applicable service data, which may include:

• Business account records and workspace settings.
• Connected channel metadata and stored channel configuration.
• Server-side provider access tokens or credentials controlled by Dev Tech.
• Conversation records, message content, AI draft content, and activity records where retained by the service.
• Support records associated with the deletion request, except where retained for legal, security, or dispute reasons.

Some data may also need to be managed directly in Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, or another provider account. Dev Tech can remove or revoke data under its control, but provider-side records may follow the provider's own tools and retention rules.

Disconnecting channels

When channel management is available in the app, users can also disconnect WhatsApp or Instagram channels from inside the ReplyPilot AI app. A disconnect action may revoke access and stop new sync or messaging activity for that channel, but a separate deletion request may still be needed to remove retained records.

Response window

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless more time is required for verification, legal obligations, security review, provider limitations, or dispute handling.
