Terms for Dev Tech and ReplyPilot AI services.

Service description

Dev Tech provides software development, consulting, AI automation, and business messaging services. ReplyPilot AI is designed to help business owners connect their own WhatsApp and Instagram professional or business accounts, review customer conversations, and prepare AI-assisted reply drafts.

ReplyPilot AI is not presented as a Meta-approved, Meta-partnered, or fully autonomous messaging system. Channel features depend on provider availability, permissions, review status, and the owner's connected account setup.

Owner responsibility for connected accounts

The business owner is responsible for having the right to connect and use each WhatsApp, Instagram, domain, phone number, business asset, and customer communication channel. The owner is also responsible for complying with applicable laws, provider terms, messaging rules, consent requirements, and customer communication obligations.

AI assistance and review

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific customer. ReplyPilot AI is intended to assist with drafting and organization, not to replace owner judgment. Business owners should review AI-assisted drafts before sending or relying on them.

Acceptable use

Users must not use Dev Tech or ReplyPilot AI services to:

• Send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Violate Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other provider platform rules.
• Connect accounts or channels they do not own or have permission to manage.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, review requirements, or access controls.
• Upload or transmit malware, abusive content, or data that they are not allowed to process.

Account and security

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for promptly notifying Dev Tech about suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, connected accounts, customers, or platform compliance.

Availability and changes

Services may change as products, providers, permissions, and business requirements change. We may update, pause, or discontinue features, including connected messaging features, where needed for reliability, security, compliance, or operational reasons.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dev Tech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from use of the services. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
