This policy explains how Dev Tech and ReplyPilot AI collect, use, store, and delete data for AI-assisted customer messaging workflows.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Who we are

Dev Tech is the public brand of DEV TEKNOLOJI YAZILIM BILISIM VE DANISMANLIK ANONIM SIRKETI. ReplyPilot AI is a Dev Tech product designed to help business owners manage customer conversations from their own WhatsApp and Instagram professional or business accounts.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at alibaytok@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may collect:

  • Business contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, and company name.
  • Account setup information, such as workspace, business, domain, and channel settings.
  • Connected channel identifiers, such as WhatsApp Business or Instagram professional account IDs.
  • Operational records, such as connection status, message status, activity logs, and support requests.
  • Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as device, browser, IP address, and error logs.

Connected channel data

When a business owner connects a WhatsApp or Instagram professional/business account, ReplyPilot AI may receive channel metadata, conversation metadata, customer identifiers, message content, attachments, and delivery or status information that the connected provider makes available for the owner's account.

We use this data to display conversations, prepare AI-assisted reply drafts, support owner review, track message status, and operate the connected messaging workflow.

Message and content handling

Message content may be processed so ReplyPilot AI can organize conversations and generate suggested reply drafts. The service is intended to keep the business owner in control of customer communication; AI assistance should be reviewed before outbound use.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use connected customer conversations for unrelated advertising sales. We may use trusted infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, and AI processing providers when needed to operate the service.

Provider tokens and account access

Access tokens or similar credentials for connected providers are stored server-side and are used only to operate the owner's connected channel features. We do not publish these tokens in the client application. If a channel is disconnected or a deletion request is completed, associated provider access can be revoked or removed where technically available.

Retention and deletion

We keep business, channel, and message data for as long as needed to provide the service, support the business owner, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security logs. Retention periods may vary based on the data type and the owner's service use.

To request deletion, email alibaytok@gmail.com with the business name, account email, connected domain, and channel information. See the Data Deletion page for detailed instructions.

Security

We use practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to data based on operational need.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
